Return Policy

Return Policy Online Orders 
You have seven (7) calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund. An RA (Return Authorization Number) is needed for every return. Guidelines are listed below. 

Unfortunately, we do not honor returns for pierced earrings.

NOTE: Unauthorized returns (returns without a RA number) will be refused and returned to sender unopened.

Exchange Policy 
We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item(s), request a RA number and return your item(s) within the seven (7) calendar day period, and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

If you have any item(s) that are missing from your order, or were damaged upon arrival, please CONTACT US at Pinkpineappleweb@gmail.com  and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

Product Eligibility
Eligible item(s): must be in original and perfect condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original, undamaged packaging. 

Item(s) not eligible for return: pierced earrings and SALE items. NO EXCEPTIONS

If item(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange thus deeming the purchase as unauthorized and a final sale.  

How to Request a Return 
Requests for return must be made within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of item(s). Returns must be pre–authorized by Pinkpineappleweb@gmail.com with an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Without an RA the item(s) will be Returned to Sender package unopened. If your item(s) is Returned to Sender, we are not responsible for the successful redelivery of your item(s) back to you. If your item(s) happens to be lost or damaged by the original carrier (the carrier you chose during your return shipment) we are not responsible or liable. To ensure your return goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible: 

1. Contact Us at Pinkpineappleweb@gmail.com to request your RA number. You will receive an email response to your Return  Authorization form. This email response may include your RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please allow up to 4 business days for response.  
2. Return item(s) must be returned to us within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the RA number. 

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for the return process to complete. 

How to Prepare Your Return Package 
Outside of Package: 
1. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RA will be Returned to Sender unopened.
2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.
