RETURN POLICY

All unworn/unaltered jewelry (except earrings) may be returned for an online credit or refund within 30 days of the shipping date.

All clothing must be returned within 10 days of delivery with tags attached-no exceptions.

Refunds to the original form of payment will be charged a 15% restocking fee and online credit will not have a restocking fee applied.

All non-clothing returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of the original shipping date.

All clothing must be within 10 days (Christmas items must be postmarked by Jan 10th).

If received later than these dates the items will be donated and you will receive a refund of 75% of the original price no exceptions. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

You may not return or exchange sale items.

Final sale items are as follows: earrings, sale/clearance items, lingerie, sunglasses, earrings, and gift certificates. Sale items are anything listed on the site that is less than full price.

All monogrammed orders are final sales.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Shipping and handling of returned merchandise are nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is shipped).

If you received a damaged product or the wrong product, please fill out the below return form and email us for a return label.

All sale items (items listed less than the original price) are final sales with no exceptions. If a sale item or an item past the 10-day return date is returned to us it will be donated to a local charity and you will automatically receive 75% of the item’s sale price.

STEPS

In order to make a return, please refer to our return policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria. Next, complete the return form on this page and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be emailed with a notification. If you do not include the below return form you may be charged a $5.95 fee and processing time will be 7-10 days.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please email pinkpineappleweb@gmail.com to ensure we have the item you would like in stock and we can hold it for you.

We will only hold items for 5 days.

Note: All clothing sales are seasonal and have a 10-day return policy. If we receive any items that were on sale or past the return date (10 days after the delivery date) they will be automatically donated.

You will not be credited or refunded for items that do not fall within the return policy nor will they be returned to you.

 If you would like to exchange for a different size, we will need your CC info or we cannot ship it back to you and you will automatically be refunded with a 15% restocking fee.
