All unworn/unaltered Jewelry may be exchanged or returned for an online credit within 30 days of the shipping date. All CLOTHING MUST be returned within 10 days of delivery with tags attached-NO exceptions .We do not give refunds.- it is ONLINE credit ONLY You may not return or exchange: sale/clearance items, lingerie, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
ALL MONOGRAMMED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE -
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is shipped.) If you received a damaged product or the wrong product, please Fill out the below return form and email us for a return label . All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are FINAL no exceptions- if a sale item is returned to us it will automatically be donated to a local charity.
Returns In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Next, complete the Return Form on this page and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be emailed with a notification. If you do not include the below Return Form you may be charged a 10% restocking fee and return shipping will not be paid on damaged goods.
If you would like to just exchange your item(s) for another item, please fill out the below form stating the item you would like to exchange for as well as a Credit card number to cover the difference and the return shipping. If there is NOT a credit card number included we can not ship you your exchange and the item returned WILL BE DONATED to charity. We will not try to contact you for any missing information.
