All unworn/unaltered Jewelry (except earrings) may be returned for an online credit or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. All CLOTHING MUST be returned within 10 days of delivery with tags attached-NO exceptions . REFUNDS to original form of payment will be charged a 15% restocking fee- ONLINE CREDIT will not have a restocking fee applied. You may not return or exchange SALE items. FINAL Sale Items are as follows: Earrings, sale/clearance items, lingerie, sunglasses, Earrings and gift certificates. SALE ITEMS are ANYTHING listed on site less than FULL PRICE - if you are unsure if your item was final sale please email us we are happy to help.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is shipped.) If you received a damaged product or the wrong product, please Fill out the below return form and email us for a return label . All SALE items ( items listed less than original price) are FINAL SALE no exceptions- If a sale item OR an item PAST the 10 day return date is returned to us it will be donated to a local charity and you will automatically receive 75% of the items sale price. CHRISTMAS items have until JAN 10th to be postmarked for return to us- if after the 10th the above applies.
In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria. Next, complete the Return Form on this page and include it in the box with the items you are returning. Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be emailed with a notification. If you do not include the below Return Form you may be charged $5.95 fee and processing time will be 7-10 Days
Exchanges:If you would like to EXCHANGE an Item please email Pinkpineappleweb@gmail.com to ensure we have the item you would like in stock and we can hold for you . We will only hold items for 5 days .

PLEASE NOTE ALL CLOTHING sales are seasonal and have a (10) TEN day Return Policy . IF we receive any items that were ON Sale or Past return date ( ten days after delivery date) they will be automatically Returned - You will not be Credited or Refunded for items that do not fall within the Return Policy

ALL non clothing RETURNS MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE. All Clothing Must be within 10 days ( Christmas Items must be post marked BY jan 10th. ) If received later than these dates the items will be donated and you will receive a refund of 75% of the original price NO EXCEPTIONS.
