What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?
All unworn/unaltered jewelry (except earrings) may be returned for an online credit or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. All clothing must be returned within 10 days of delivery with tags attached (no exceptions). Refunds to the original form of payment will be charged a 15% restocking fee, online credit will not have a restocking fee applied. You may not return or exchange sale items. Final sale items are as follows: earrings, sale/clearance items, lingerie, sunglasses, earrings, and gift certificates. Sale items are anything listed on the site for less than full price. If you are unsure if your item was final sale please email us (email@example.com), we are happy to help.
How can I exchange & return/refund my item?
Return: To make a return, please refer to our return policy above to ensure your return meets the criteria. Next, complete the return form on this page and include it in the box with your return items. Once your package is received, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be emailed with a notification. If you do not include the below return form you may be charged a $5.95 fee and processing time will be 7-10 days.
Exchanges: if you would like to exchange an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we have the item you would like in stock and we can hold it for you. We will only hold items for 5 days.

What is your returns, refund & exchange timeline?
All clothing sales are seasonal and have a (10) ten-day return policy. If we receive any items on sale or past the return date (ten days after the delivery date) they will be automatically donated. You will not be credited or refunded for items, not within the return policy. Nor will they be returned to you.
All non-clothing returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the original shipping date. All clothing must be within 10 days (Christmas items must be postmarked by Jan 10th). If received later than these dates the items will be donated and you will receive a refund of 75% of the original price no exceptions.
How to exchange for a different size?
If you would like to exchange for a different size we will need your cc info or we can not ship it back to you and you will automatically be refunded with a 15% restocking fee.
